Living in your head is exhausting, and the disconnection it creates can quietly pull you into decisions that take you further from yourself.

With three or more sessions, we go deeper. Realigning you with who you are, creating space in your life for yourself, and reconnecting you with your body. Supported by Spinal Energetics and energy clearing, we shift not just the mind, but the body: the spine, the tension patterns keeping you stuck. Slowly, you find your way back to yourself.

A series starts at 3 × 90-minute sessions from $650, with additional sessions available at a reduced rate.
